This booklet was first published as two articles in the magazine of The League of Empire Loyalists, "Candour" circa 1960. It later came out as a small booklet. It was finally produce in its present format by Steven Books.
A.K. as he was known, took stock of the situation regarding the condition of the world and that of the organisation which he led. He explained that the mission of The League of Empire Loyalists was that of a "Wake Up Call" to the people of Britain. He mentions in the text such personalities as R.K. Jeffrey who had done so much to support the League financially. Also mentioned are some of his great activist supporters and speakers such as Avril Waters, Austin Brooks and Leslie Green.
