Was the pen name of Peter Perrins who was a member of British Union and Director of The British Trader’s Bureau.
Their main interest was in protecting small traders, shopkeepers and craftsmen against the great monopolies and combines. Various booklets were published, of which this is one, and also a monthly newsletter called The British Trader.
