First published in 1937 this booklet explains how Fascist Italy and Germany, through a plan of national self sufficiency came near to abolishing unemployment, and brought all their productive resources into active play. Their economic planning was quite unlike that of the Soviet Union because it was a cardinal Fascist doctrine for them that private enterprise and private property should be preserved and fostered.
