By Bill Risden A proposal for the reform of Trade Unions so that working people would have real power in Government. The basic idea was that workers would elect their own representatives within their own trades and professions. Disputes would be settled at industrial or agricultural courts with all parties present, including consumers. Such representative would actually be included within the Government itself and exercise real power by law, obviating any need for strikes and unrest.
